Aixial Group is currently hiring a Regulatory Affairs Specialist for a position based in Brussels.

 

As a Regulatory Specialist, you will ensure compliance of the company’s products portfolio to chemical regulations.

 

Your tasks will be to (non-exhaustive list):

  • Provide strategic guidance and advice on compliance issues and risk management
  • Keep track and evaluate regulatory updates, legislative changes and industry-specific guidelines related to chemicals
  • Determine the impact of regulatory changes on the organization’s operations, products, and services involving chemicals
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations related to chemicals
  • Prepare reports, briefing and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key regulatory developments related to chemicals.
  • Create and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in compliance with relevant regulations

Professional experiences, qualifications and skills required :

  • An advanced degree in Chemistry or Natural Sciences
  • At least 5 years of work experience in regulatory affairs
  • Knowledge and understanding of clinical legislations
  • Experience in SDS authoring and hazard communication
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams

 

Languages :

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Proficient in French would be a plus
